Fine Print
Creekview Farms offers a cozy retreat tailored for couples, solo travelers, and small groups of friends. Please note, the space is not suitable for children.
Pets:
- We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs under 30 pounds. A $75 pet fee per stay applies to help cover additional cleaning. Please note pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture, and never left unattended indoors. We do not allow any other pets.
Smoking Policy:
- Cigarette smoking is not permitted.
Parties / Events:
- No parties or events allowed - unless scheduled in advance.
Noise & Quiet Hours:
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours.
Cleanliness & Respect:
- Treat the home with care and leave it in a tidy condition.
- Dishes should be washed.
- Take out trash before checkout.
Safety & Security
- Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property
- Do not tamper with security systems or smoke detectors
Driveway / parking:
- One designated parking space - additional vehicles will park in visitor parking area.
Prohibited Items or Actions
- No rearranging of furniture.
Fees & Penalties
- Smoking, unauthorized pets, missing items, or damage may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
