The property is already well underway, with core infrastructure in place and a 21,000-square-foot commercial building positioned to serve as the centerpiece of the development. The commercial component will include a coffee shop (Farmhouse Brew), retail space (Farmhouse Shoppes), office space, and additional tenant opportunities designed to serve both guests and the surrounding community.
Phase I focuses on bringing the initial 11 RV sites online, opening the coffee shop and the RV On-site office, and establishing operational stability. At completion, the property will feature income-producing RV sites, leased commercial units, and an integrated guest experience supported by amenities such as fire pits, gathering areas, and a streamlined check-in process.
This is not a ground-up concept. The project is in its final stages of Phase I completion, with utilities, layout, and much of the physical development already completed. The remaining work is focused on final site completion, marketing, tenant stabilization, and launching into full operations during peak travel season.
What makes Mountain View RV Resort unique is its diversified income model. Rather than relying solely on nightly RV rentals, the property combines short-term lodging revenue with long-term commercial lease income. This creates a more stable financial foundation while still allowing for strong upside as occupancy and rates increase.
