This is not a ground-up concept. The project is in its final stages of Phase I completion, with utilities, layout, and much of the physical development already completed. The remaining work is focused on final site completion, marketing, tenant stabilization, and launching into full operations during peak travel season.

Rather than relying solely on nightly RV rentals, the property combines short-term lodging revenue with long-term commercial lease income.
